Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has reunited with director Rajkumar Gupta for ‘Raid 2’. The sequel will again narrate a true case from their books. The shooting began today, January 6. Raid 2 has commenced shooting in Mumbai today, January 6. The movie will be extensively shot in Mumbai, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. It is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and Krishnan Kumar.
Abhishek Pathak announced the news with a poster of the forthcoming film. The movie will release in theatres on November 15, 2024.

Reacting to it, one of the fans wrote, “This is something very exciting. AD Faad dega again but I want little action this time keeping the original essence intact so that it becomes a large scale product #Raid2 #AmayPatnaik #AjayDevgn.” Another commented, “Can’t wait.” Raid 2 promises ever more intensity with double the drama and suspense. The first part was based on the real-life income-tax raid conducted by the officers of the IT department on Sardar Inder Singh in 1980s.
Meanwhile, Ajay, in his recent directorial project Bholaa, played a lead role alongside Tabu, Deepak Dobriyal, Sanjay Mishra, and Gajraj Rao. The actor has Maidaan ready for release. The actor will also be seen in Singham Again and in the romantic drama titled Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha opposite Tabu.
