Refex Industries Limited has announced its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, showcasing a robust performance. The company reported a revenue from operations of ₹701.03 crore for Q4 FY26, marking a 17.92% year-on-year increase. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹141.15 crore, reflecting a substantial 128.84% rise from the previous year, with a margin of 20.13%. Profit after tax (PAT) for the period was ₹93.73 crore, a 66.91% increase year-on-year, with a margin of 13.37%.

For the full fiscal year FY26, achieved a revenue of ₹2,039.20 crore, though this represented a 9.75% decrease compared to FY25. The company’s EBITDA reached ₹350.02 crore, up by 68.46% from the previous year, while PAT was ₹247.19 crore, a 34.67% increase.

Refex Industries’ Ash & Coal Handling business maintained strong operational momentum, with improved execution and fleet utilisation. The order book for this segment stood at nearly ₹1,500 crore as of March 31, 2026. The Wind Energy business also entered an active execution phase, contributing ₹233 crore during the quarter, with the 5.3 MW wind turbine platform gaining customer traction and receiving ALMM approval.
