Refex Industries Limited has announced its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, showcasing a robust performance. The company reported a revenue from operations of ₹701.03 crore for Q4 FY26, marking a 17.92% year-on-year increase. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹141.15 crore, reflecting a substantial 128.84% rise from the previous year, with a margin of 20.13%. Profit after tax (PAT) for the period was ₹93.73 crore, a 66.91% increase year-on-year, with a margin of 13.37%.
For the full fiscal year FY26, Refex Industries achieved a revenue of ₹2,039.20 crore, though this represented a 9.75% decrease compared to FY25. The company’s EBITDA reached ₹350.02 crore, up by 68.46% from the previous year, while PAT was ₹247.19 crore, a 34.67% increase.
Refex Industries’ Ash & Coal Handling business maintained strong operational momentum, with improved execution and fleet utilisation. The order book for this segment stood at nearly ₹1,500 crore as of March 31, 2026. The Wind Energy business also entered an active execution phase, contributing ₹233 crore during the quarter, with the 5.3 MW wind turbine platform gaining customer traction and receiving ALMM approval.
Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Anil Jain, commented on the performance, noting that FY26 was a year of strategic transition and execution for the company. He highlighted the company’s strengthened presence across core and emerging businesses, supported by healthy execution momentum and improving operating efficiencies.
