Suzlon Energy reported a strong operational performance for the fourth quarter of FY26, driven by robust growth in its wind turbine generator business and improvement in operations & maintenance services.
The company posted revenue of ₹5,468 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, registering a sharp 44.9% year-on-year growth and a 29.3% rise on a quarter-on-quarter basis.
EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹964 crore, up 39% YoY and 30.5% QoQ. However, EBITDA margin came in at 17.6%, down 75 basis points year-on-year, though it improved 16 basis points sequentially.
Profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹1,114 crore during the quarter. While PAT declined 5.7% on a year-on-year basis, it surged over 150% compared to the previous quarter. Earnings per share (EPS) came in at ₹0.81.
The wind turbine generator segment remained the key growth driver for the company. Segment revenue rose 50.9% YoY to ₹4,742 crore, while EBIT increased 42.1% to ₹594 crore. EBIT margin for the segment stood at 12.5%.
Suzlon’s operations and maintenance services business also delivered strong growth, with revenue increasing 17.6% YoY to ₹695 crore. EBIT from the segment jumped 63.8% YoY to ₹255 crore, while EBIT margin expanded sharply to 36.7%.
Meanwhile, the foundry and forging segment reported relatively muted performance, with revenue remaining largely flat at ₹168 crore and EBIT declining 11.6% year-on-year.
