Shares of Quadrant Future Tek are likely to remain in focus after the company announced a major development related to its Kavach 4.0 railway safety system.
In an exchange filing dated May 26, 2026, the company said it has received permission from the Research Design and Standards Organisation (RDSO) of Indian Railways to commence passenger trials for its Automatic Train Protection System, Kavach 4.0.
The company stated that the passenger trial stage marks the final phase in the approval process before commercial deployment of the technology.
Quadrant Future Tek said the development represents a significant milestone in the certification journey of its advanced railway safety solution and reflects the company’s technological capabilities and continued focus on railway modernisation.
The company further noted that the progress could strengthen its position in the railway signalling and safety systems sector, which is witnessing increasing opportunities amid Indian Railways’ push toward safer and more advanced train operations.
Kavach is India’s indigenous automatic train protection system designed to help prevent collisions and improve operational safety across railway networks.
The update comes as investors closely track companies involved in railway infrastructure, signalling, automation and safety technologies amid rising government spending in the sector.
