The 45-second teaser shows the Global Star in a completely transformed look: long hair tied back, a rock-hard physique, and an intense, no-nonsense attitude that screams power. From heavy training sessions in pouring rain to dramatic wrestling moves — including tossing heavy sacks like a pro wrestler and lifting massive weights using traditional village-style setups — the visuals feel gritty, real, and full of energy.

One powerful line in the teaser says, “Wrestling isn’t like cricket, where you just face a ball and bat. It’s a game where you face death itself.” Ram Charan’s character adds his own punch with the words: “Dear, listen, my pride is my game,” ending with a confident moustache twirl that perfectly captures his pride and swag.

A Birthday Gift to Fans

Fans went wild as the teaser dropped on his 41st birthday. It’s released in multiple languages — Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada — making sure everyone across India gets to feel the excitement.

Peddi is directed by Buchi Babu Sana (famous for Uppena) and features music by the legendary A.R. Rahman. Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead (her second Telugu film), while the strong supporting cast includes Shiva Rajkumar, Divyendu Sharma, Jagapathi Babu, and Boman Irani.

The film was earlier planned for a March 27, 2026 release but has now been shifted to a grand worldwide theatrical release on April 30, 2026.
