Family comedy-drama Dadi Ki Shaadi witnessed a noticeable dip in collections on its first Monday after showing decent growth over the opening weekend. Released on May 8, the film stars Kapil Sharma and Neetu Kapoor in lead roles and marks the acting debut of Riddhima Kapoor Sahni.

As per reports by Sacnilk, Dadi Ki Shaadi earned around ₹0.34 crore on Day 4 through live estimates. With this, the film’s total India net collection has reached approximately ₹3.79 crore, while the India gross collection stands close to ₹4.54 crore.

The Ashish R Mohan directorial had opened with ₹0.60 crore on Friday before showing strong weekend growth. The film collected ₹1.15 crore on Saturday and ₹1.70 crore on Sunday, benefiting from family audiences and positive word-of-mouth in selected circuits. However, Monday occupancy dropped to nearly 11%, indicating a slowdown in momentum.

Despite the dip, the makers are hoping the film’s emotional family-oriented theme and the popularity of Kapil Sharma among television audiences will help sustain collections during the weekdays.
