The Board was informed that the company has reached out to the Ministry of Defence, its administrative ministry, to appoint a sufficient number of Independent Directors, as directed by the Board. The last communication with the ministry occurred on 4 April 2026. Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders is actively engaging with the ministry to receive further updates on this matter.
