V-Guard Industries reported a strong set of fourth-quarter results, with both profit and revenue posting healthy year-on-year growth driven by steady demand across product categories.

The company’s net profit for the March quarter rose 23% YoY to ₹112 crore, compared to ₹91 crore reported in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased 14% to ₹1,755.3 crore against ₹1,538 crore in the year-ago period.

V-Guard also posted solid operational performance during the quarter. EBITDA climbed 19.4% YoY to ₹171 crore from ₹143 crore a year earlier. EBITDA margin improved to 9.7% compared to 9.3% in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The strong quarterly numbers reflect improved business momentum and continued demand for the company’s consumer electrical and electronics products. Margin expansion during the quarter also indicates better operational efficiency despite changing market conditions.
