Zen Technologies has announced a major business win with a new order from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. In a regulatory filing submitted under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (Regulation 30), the company confirmed that it has received an order valued at approximately ₹108 crore, including GST.
The contract involves the supply of advanced simulators designed for defence training and operational preparedness. Zen Technologies, known for its innovation in simulation-based training systems, said that the order reinforces its long-standing relationship with the Indian armed forces and highlights the country’s continued push toward modern, tech-enabled defence infrastructure.
The Ministry of Defence, a domestic government entity, awarded the order after evaluating the company’s capabilities and technology offerings. Zen Technologies stated that the execution timeline for the project is set at one year, during which the simulators will be delivered as per the contract’s specifications. The company also clarified that there is no promoter or group company interest involved in the awarding entity, and the agreement does not fall under related-party transactions.
