Keystone Realtors reported its Q4 results with a mixed performance, as the company posted a decline in net profit despite a strong jump in revenue during the quarter ended March 2026.
The company’s consolidated net profit fell 19% year-on-year to ₹52.4 crore in Q4, compared to ₹64.8 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year. However, revenue witnessed a massive surge, rising to ₹1,596 crore from ₹585 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting strong business momentum and higher project execution.
Keystone Realtors also reported growth in operating earnings during the quarter. EBITDA increased 61.7% year-on-year to ₹81.5 crore, compared to ₹50.4 crore in the same period last year. However, EBITDA margin contracted sharply to 5.1% from 8.6% on a yearly basis, indicating pressure on profitability amid rising costs and changing project mix.
