Seamec Limited has entered into a charter agreement with Limited, Dubai, for the hire of its vessel ‘SEAMEC PRINCESS’. The vessel will be used for offshore activities for the in the of India, including the Daman Field.

The charter is set for a firm period of 15 days, with an option for extension on mutually agreed terms. The total value of the charter for this firm period is approximately USD 2.12 million, exclusive of GST.

Seamec’s announcement aligns with its strategic efforts to enhance its operational capabilities in the offshore sector. The agreement does not involve any shareholding or related party transactions, ensuring it is conducted at arm’s length.
