One of the leading contestants for the Bigg Boss OTT 2 crown, social media phenomenon and YouTuber Abhishek Malhan, has reportedly been admitted to the hospital. Monday, August 14 is the scheduled day for the grand finale, and Abhishek appears to have become ill the day before the D-Day.
Abhishek has become one of the most adored competitors on Bigg Boss OTT 2, and his fan base has expanded exponentially since he joined the competition.
The participants pulled up their socks and taped their performance for the final night with the finale on Monday; however, Abhishek might not have made it due to his health.
Prerna Malhan, Abhishek’s sister, updated her social media followers on her brother’s health on Sunday night.
She warned his supporters that Abhishek might not have performed during the grand finale since he had been admitted to the hospital when the action was being filmed.
“Just got to know abhishek is quite unwell and probably admitted in the hospital. So, he won’t be able to perform for y’all tonight. He has entertained us thoroughly through and through the season. Let’s pray for his speedy recovery,” she tweeted.

The viewers of Bigg Boss OTT 2 have already selected the top five competitors. Elvish Yadav, Abhishek Malhan, Pooja Bhatt, Bebika Dhurve, and Manisha Rani have emerged as the finalists of the second season of the contentious reality show after Jiya Shankar was eliminated last week.
Numerous celebrities will share the stage with presenter Salman Khan on the final night. On the programme, Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday will advertise their movie “Dream Girl 2.”
According to sources, on Monday, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan would begin promoting their next movie “Jawan” on the Bigg Boss OTT 2 platform.
