Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has announced that its Director and Promoter, Ms. Priya Paul, has acquired 18,200 equity shares of the company. This acquisition represents 0.00853% of the company’s paid-up equity share capital.

The transaction, valued at ₹19,88,350, was executed on 20th March 2026 through an on-market purchase on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Following this acquisition, Ms. Paul holds a total of 18,200 fully paid-up equity shares, maintaining her stake in the company at 0.0085%.
