Anant Raj Limited reported strong Q4 FY26 earnings with healthy growth in revenue and profitability on a year-on-year basis.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹148.71 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a rise of 25.2% compared to ₹118.79 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year. On a sequential basis, profit increased 3.1% from ₹144.23 crore in Q3 FY26.

Revenue from operations for the quarter came in at ₹646.81 crore, up 19.6% YoY against ₹540.65 crore in Q4 FY25. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue increased marginally by 0.8% from ₹641.59 crore.

Total income stood at ₹675.41 crore during the March quarter, registering a growth of 22.6% YoY compared to ₹550.90 crore a year ago. Sequentially, total income rose 2.3% from ₹660.38 crore.

The company’s profit before tax (PBT) climbed 24.4% YoY to ₹175.35 crore versus ₹140.93 crore in Q4 FY25. Compared to the previous quarter’s ₹171.78 crore, PBT rose 2.1%.

Total expenses increased to ₹500.06 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹409.97 crore in the year-ago quarter, reflecting a rise of 22%. On a QoQ basis, expenses were higher by 2.3% from ₹488.60 crore.

For the full financial year FY26, Anant Raj reported revenue from operations of ₹2,511.60 crore, up 21.9% from ₹2,059.97 crore in FY25.

Annual net profit surged 30.8% to ₹557.02 crore in FY26 compared to ₹425.82 crore in the previous financial year, highlighting strong business momentum across segments.
