Axiscades Technologies has announced a fresh business update through its subsidiary, Mistral Solutions Private Limited, which has received new international contracts for design, development, and production services. The contracts have been awarded by leading US-based companies Axon Enterprise Inc and Stratacache Inc, marking another overseas win for the Axiscades group.
According to the company’s regulatory disclosure, the contracts are development and production agreements and will be executed over a period exceeding one year. The total consideration for these orders is estimated at around USD 1.4 million, indicating a steady flow of international business for the subsidiary.
Axiscades clarified that the contracts have been awarded by international entities and are not related party transactions. The promoter or promoter group does not hold any interest in the awarding companies, ensuring that the agreements have been entered into on a purely commercial basis and at arm’s length.
Mistral Solutions, which operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Axiscades Technologies, is known for its expertise in embedded systems, defence electronics, and advanced engineering solutions. The latest contracts align with the company’s focus on high-value design-led engineering and reinforce its presence in global markets, particularly the United States.
