Saatvik Green Energy has announced that it has received and accepted orders worth ₹171.45 crore for the supply of solar PV modules.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the order has been awarded by a renowned Independent Power Producer (IPP) and EPC player. The contract is domestic in nature and involves the commercial supply of solar PV modules.
The company stated that the execution of the order is expected to be completed by October 2026.
Saatvik Green Energy further clarified that neither the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The company also confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
The latest order win is expected to strengthen Saatvik Green Energy’s order book and reinforce its presence in India’s rapidly growing renewable energy and solar manufacturing sector.
The announcement was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
