Venus Pipes & Tubes has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a total income of ₹11,784.80 million for the financial year 2025-26, a significant increase from ₹9,691.79 million in the previous year. The revenue from operations stood at ₹11,668.48 million, up from ₹9,585.26 million in the previous year.

The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share, representing 5% of the face value of ₹10 each, for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming 12th Annual General Meeting. The company has assured that the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration by the shareholders.

In addition to the dividend declaration, the board approved the re-appointment of M/s , Chartered Accountants, as the internal auditors for the financial year 2026-27. Furthermore, M/s , Cost Accountants, have been re-appointed as the cost auditors for the same period.
