Interarch Building Solutions Limited has announced that it has bagged a significant new order from Shyam Sel and Power Limited, further strengthening its project pipeline in the domestic engineering and construction space. The company confirmed that it has received a formal Letter of Intent (LOI), marking the official kick-off of the upcoming assignment.
According to the disclosure filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, the project covers complete design, engineering, manufacturing and supply of a pre-engineered steel building system. The work will be carried out over a 12-month timeline, with the customer releasing a 10% advance at the time of the order.
Interarch highlighted that the contract value stands at approximately ₹84 crore, excluding taxes, making it another sizeable win for the company in FY25. Since the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and involves no related-party connections, the transaction falls fully within standard commercial operations.
