Nazara Technologies Ltd. reported a sharp rise in consolidated profitability for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, aided by lower operating expenses and improved operating performance.

Revenue from operations during Q4 FY26 stood at ₹397.78 crore compared to ₹522 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Total income for the quarter came in at ₹448.47 crore against ₹538.91 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹55.70 crore for the March quarter, significantly higher than ₹4.07 crore reported in the year-ago period.

At the operating level, EBITDA stood at ₹49.45 crore in Q4 FY26 compared to ₹15.99 crore in Q4 FY25, registering a sharp year-on-year increase. EBITDA margin expanded to 12.43% from 3.06% in the corresponding quarter last year.

Total expenses declined to ₹375.49 crore during the quarter from ₹527.72 crore in Q4 FY25. Advertising and business promotion expenses stood at ₹110.95 crore compared to ₹150.30 crore a year ago, while employee benefit expenses declined to ₹69.90 crore from ₹79.90 crore.

Profit before tax for the quarter stood at ₹42.46 crore against ₹5.74 crore in the year-ago period. Earnings per share (EPS) for continuing operations after exceptional items came in at ₹1.27 per share compared to ₹0.23 per share in Q4 FY25.

The company also reported total comprehensive income of ₹76.26 crore during the quarter, up from ₹6.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Nazara Technologies operates across gaming, esports and digital entertainment segments and continues to expand its presence through acquisitions and strategic investments in gaming-focused businesses.
