Indian producer Rakesh Roshan and actor Hrithik Roshan, through their company HRX Digitech LLP, have purchased four commercial units in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a combined ₹10.90 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate platform Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.
All four transactions were registered in November 2025 and pertain to commercial spaces located in Yura Business Park Phase 2, Andheri West.
