H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (HGINFRA) has announced the receipt of a significant order from DLF Cyber City Developers Limited for executing the infrastructure and access road network works at the DLF Downtown Phase-2 project located in Sector-25A, Gurugram, Haryana. This project marks another key addition to the company’s expanding portfolio in the infrastructure development space.
The contract, awarded under the Item Rate/BOQ mode, carries a value of ₹274.11 crore and comes with a construction period of 548 days. The scope of work includes the complete development of the access road network within the Phase-2 section of DLF Downtown, a major commercial hub that continues to grow as one of Gurugram’s most prominent business destinations.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, and HGINFRA has clarified that there is no promoter or group-company interest involved. The contract does not fall under related-party transactions and has been secured on an arm’s-length basis.
