According to the disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR), 2015, the supply will involve reactors specifically for the STATCOM project, a technology used for enhancing grid stability and improving power quality.
The company also clarified that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding entity, and the order does not fall under related party transactions.
