Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has initiated the ‘Saksham Niveshak’ campaign, running from 1 April 2026 to 9 July 2026, to engage with shareholders who have unpaid or unclaimed dividends. This effort is in response to directives from the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA) dated 27 March 2026. The campaign aims to raise awareness among shareholders and provide them with the necessary steps to update their KYC details via the company’s website.
The initiative encourages shareholders to update their KYC details and claim any unpaid or unclaimed dividends before these are transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders are advised to register and track their requests through the SWAYAM portal.
