GNA Axles Limited has reported its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), posting a moderate increase in both revenue and profitability compared to the same period last year.

The company’s revenue from operations for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹377.5 crore, reflecting a year-on-year (YoY) growth of 1.7% from ₹371 crore in Q4 FY24. Total income, including other income, came in at ₹378.5 crore, up from ₹371.5 crore in the year-ago quarter.

In terms of profitability, GNA Axles reported a net profit of ₹25.44 crore for Q4 FY25, registering a significant 52% jump compared to ₹16.73 crore in Q4 FY24. Profit before tax rose to ₹34.18 crore during the quarter from ₹20.29 crore in the same period last year.

A key highlight was the improvement in the company’s operating performance. Q4 EBITDA rose to ₹50.3 crore, compared to ₹35.9 crore in Q4 FY24, marking a YoY growth of 40%. The EBITDA margin also improved to 13.33% from 9.67% a year ago, indicating better cost control and efficiency.

Expenses during the quarter declined slightly to ₹344.3 crore from ₹351.2 crore in the previous year, with material costs reducing from ₹258.9 crore to ₹241.3 crore, further contributing to margin expansion.

For the full financial year ended March 31, 2025, GNA Axles reported total revenue of ₹1,539.7 crore, compared to ₹1,506.3 crore in FY24. The annual net profit rose to ₹107.09 crore, up from ₹99.96 crore in the previous year.
