Fashion designer-actor Masaba Gupta and actor Satyadeep Misra are all set to embrace a baby in the coming weeks. They announced her pregnancy with an Instagram post in April this year.
On Sunday, actor Sonam Kapoor and her producer sister Rhea Kapoor threw a lovely baby shower for Masaba at their father, actor Anil Kapoor’s Mumbai home. The event was attended by Masaba’s close friends. One inside picture had her mom Neena Gupta and to-be-father Satyadeep posing with the guests.
The expectant mommy wore a beige gown for her baby shower. Most of the guests were attired in brown, beige and cream party looks. It also includes a video of Neena giving a speech at the party, telling jokes about the dressing sense of one of Masaba’s friends and Satyadeep’s, who was busy laughing throughout.
Many pictures of Masaba posing with Sonam, Rhea, and others at the bash were shared by their friends. There was golden decoration, filled with balloons, and loads of white and greenery. Sharing one of the party pictures with Sonam and Rhea, Masaba had written for her friends, “Best hosts ever. got too lucky.”
Masaba and Satyadeep married in January last year; they reportedly started dating in 2020 after meeting on the sets of her show Masaba Masaba.
