  • Hindalco gained 2.02% on BSE to ₹1,044 and 1.81% on NSE.
  •  NALCO rose 1.77% on BSE and 1.74% on NSE to ₹399.90.
  • NMDC was up around 0.93–0.97%.
  • Tata Steel gained 0.58–0.68%.
  • Jindal Steel & Power, Welspun Corp, Coal India also traded with small positive or flat moves.

  • Maithan Alloys declined 0.91–1.55%.
  • APL Apollo Tubes fell 1.31–1.51%.
  • JSW Steel was down 0.41–0.55%.
  • SAIL declined 0.66–0.75%.
  • MOIL saw a marginal drop of around 0.36–0.39%.
