For their return trip to the city following their traditional Manipuri wedding in Imphal, the couples went for a simple look. Randeep wore a simple white shirt with beige pants whereas Lin looked radiant in a crimson salwar kameez. She skipped the sindoor and wore a simple mangalsutra.

They were greeted by members of the media as they left the Mumbai airport terminal holding hands. After posing for the photographers, Randeep and Lin made their way to their car. For pictures, Lin also gave a heart-like finger flash.
“She looks like Mahima Chaudhary,” an admirer wrote in the post after seeing them together.

Wedding of Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram

Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram tied the knot in a customary Meitei wedding ceremony at Chumthang Shannapung resort in Imphal on Wednesday. It was an intimate wedding with close relatives. Lin wore beautiful gold jewellery and looked stunning as a traditional Manipuri bride while Randeep slayed as a Manipuri groom.

“From today, we are One,” Randeep and Lin stated in a combined social media post after sharing their first wedding pictures. Numerous celebrities, including Sayani Gupta, Adil Hussain, Neena Gupta, Aahana S. Kumra, and Vijay Varma, congratulated the newlyweds.
“We actually met at Naseeruddin Shah’s theatre group called Motley and he was my senior. That’s where I met him. We were friends and it’s turning into a beautiful journey”, says Lin with the news agency ANI. Before getting hitched, Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram dated for a long time. It was during their theatre days that they initially got together.

As they discussed getting married in Manipur, Randeep continued, “Feels very good. I felt that it’s only respectful to come and marry in the bride’s tradition. However, I have heard that in Meitei love marriages, the groom has to sit for a very long time. So, that’s something but I am looking forward to the ceremony and traditions. I want to experience my life partner’s culture. That’s why I am here.”
