The arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is anticipated soon. The Galaxy S21 FE, which was released in January 2021, is said to be replaced by this Fan Edition edition of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series; the South Korean tech giant omitted the Galaxy S22 FE model. The Galaxy S21 FE could reportedly be reintroduced by the business in India with a new chipset. According to a recent source, the Galaxy S23 FE’s Geekbench listing reveals some of the device’s essential specs.

The Galaxy S23 F3 model appeared in Geekbench on Thursday, per a SamMobile report. According to the listing, the phone would be run by the same Exynos 2200 SoC, an in-house octa-core chipset, as the Galaxy S22 series phones. Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, the newest and fastest SoC from Qualcomm, was used in every Galaxy S23 phone, including the standard Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

According to rumours, the corporation may have decided to replace the Qualcomm chipset in order to reduce its inventory of Exynos SoCs. Notably, the rumoured change had been reported before, so it is not entirely unexpected.

The SM-S711B phone will come with 8GB of RAM out of the box and run Android 13 with presumably a One UI shell, according to the Geekbench listing.

According to a previous report, the Exynos chipset will include an AMD Xclipse 920 GPU, up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The same source noted that while most territories anticipate seeing the Galaxy S23 FE model released by the third quarter of the year, select markets may see the model arrive as late as Q4 2023.

The device is also expected to have a 6.4-inch flat display with a hole-punch location for the front camera that is likely to be in the centre and could have a 12-megapixel sensor. Rounded corners are required on the body. Its appearance has been compared to the Galaxy A54 5G model that was unveiled earlier this year.
