According to prior reports, Rubina Dilaik, the Bigg Boss 14 winner, may be the reality show’s jailer. Karan Kundra was the show’s jailer the last time around. Rubina has not yet made any statements regarding the jailer, thus there is no confirmation of this. There is no information about the contestants that have been confirmed, however, several well-known names like Emiwya Bantai, Shalin Bhanot, Urfi Javed, Soundarya Sharma, and Archana Gautam may be included in the show.

The first season of Lock Upp was broadcast on MX Player and Alt Balaji, but there are rumours that the producers plan to air it on TV. Some reports said that the producers partnered with ZEE TV, although this has not been confirmed.
