Krystal Integrated Services reported its Q4 FY26 results with mixed performance as profit improved year-on-year while revenue witnessed a decline.

The company’s revenue from operations for the quarter ended March 2026 came in at ₹364.94 crore, compared to ₹413.10 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a decline of 11.7% YoY. Total income also fell 11.1% to ₹371.01 crore against ₹417.25 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

Despite lower revenue, Krystal Integrated Services reported improved profitability during the quarter. Profit before tax stood at ₹21.73 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹25.67 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting a decline of 15.3% YoY.

However, net profit after tax increased 11.2% YoY to ₹18.81 crore, as against ₹16.91 crore reported in the same quarter last year.

On the expense front, employee benefit expenses remained the largest cost component at ₹257.54 crore during the quarter, compared to ₹291.44 crore in Q4 FY25. Finance costs rose sharply to ₹5.25 crore from ₹2.78 crore on a YoY basis.

For the full financial year ended March 2026, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,277.28 crore compared to ₹1,212.78 crore in FY25, reflecting a growth of 5.3% YoY. Annual net profit increased 3.0% to ₹64.19 crore from ₹62.33 crore reported in the previous financial year.
