PNC Infratech has been declared the L1 bidder for an EPC project by the , valued at ₹194.4 crore. The project involves constructing a 4-lane flyover with loops and ramps at Shaheed Path Intersection, Lucknow.

The Lucknow Development Authority has awarded the contract for the construction of a 4-lane flyover with two loops and two ramps at the Shaheed Path Intersection on the right-hand side bank of the Gomti River in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The project, awarded on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, is valued at ₹194.4 crore.

The project is expected to be completed within a 24-month period. The contract is a domestic one, with no involvement from international entities. Furthermore, the project does not fall under related party transactions, and there is no interest from the promoter or promoter group companies in the entity awarding the contract.

PNC Infratech has adhered to its code of conduct regarding the prohibition of insider trading, in line with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Consequently, the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities by designated employees and connected persons remains closed.
