Inventurus Knowledge Solutions has announced the acquisition of 29,541 shares in its wholly owned subsidiary, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. This acquisition represents the first tranche of investment, amounting to USD 19,000,476.

The company had previously disclosed on March 13, 2026, that its Board had approved further investment in the subsidiary. This recent acquisition aligns with the provisions of Regulation 30(7) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, continuing from the earlier disclosure.

The investment underscores Inventurus Knowledge Solutions’ commitment to strengthening its subsidiary’s operations and expanding its business capabilities.
