Escorts Kubota has received an allotment of approximately 154 acres of land from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) for its new greenfield project. The land, located in Sector-10, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, is intended to enhance the company’s production capacities.
The allotment, formalised through an allotment letter dated March 24, 2026, marks a significant step for Escorts Kubota in expanding its industrial footprint. The allocated area measures 6,23,291 square metres and is situated within the YEIDA Industrial area, a strategic location for industrial development.
This development follows the company’s earlier disclosure on February 10, 2026, where it had intimated the requisite disclosures in compliance with the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026. The event of the allotment occurred at 12:00 Noon on March 24, 2026.
Escorts Kubota’s acquisition of this land is expected to bolster its production capabilities, aligning with its strategic goals of growth and expansion in the industrial sector.
