Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has informed the stock exchanges about a new strategic agreement with Dr Batra’s Positive Health Clinic Private Limited, marking another step in the company’s expansion within the enterprise digital solutions space.
In a regulatory filing made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited confirmed that it has entered into an agreement to provide its proprietary Zaggle Zoyer Platform to Dr Batra’s Positive Health Clinic.
Under the agreement, Zaggle will deploy its Zoyer platform for Dr Batra’s Positive Health Clinic, one of India’s well-known names in the healthcare and wellness segment. The contract is domestic in nature and structured as a formal agreement rather than a one-time order. The arrangement will remain valid until terminated in accordance with the terms laid out in the agreement, indicating a potentially long-term engagement between the two entities.
