The schedule begins on Monday, 1st June 2026, with a group meeting in Mumbai organised by BofA Securities India Limited, running from 0900 to 1800 hours IST. This will be followed by another group meeting on Tuesday, 2nd June 2026, with Morgan Stanley India Co. Pvt Ltd at the same location and time.
On Wednesday, 3rd June 2026, Samvardhana Motherson will hold two one-on-one investor meetings in Mumbai. The first session, from 1000 to 1100 hours IST, will be with Aregence Capital Management, followed by a second session with Goldman Sachs India Securities Pvt. Ltd from 1500 to 1600 hours IST. The day will conclude with a group meeting organised by Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited from 1100 to 1800 hours IST.
The meetings will then move to London, starting with a group conference on Tuesday, 9th June 2026, organised by Nuvama Institutional Equities, from 0900 to 1800 hours UKT. A one-on-one non-deal roadshow with Jefferies India Private Limited will follow on Wednesday, 10th June 2026, at the same time.
