Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd reported a weaker financial performance for the third quarter, with declines across key profitability and revenue metrics on a year-on-year basis.
For Q3, the company’s net profit fell 16% to ₹27.8 crore, compared with ₹33 crore reported in the same quarter last year. The decline in profit reflects pressure on operating performance during the quarter.
Revenue for the quarter also moderated, coming in at ₹181.7 crore, down 5.8% from ₹192.8 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. The lower topline indicates subdued execution or slower project-related inflows during the quarter under review.
Operating performance saw a similar trend. EBITDA declined 12% year-on-year to ₹55.5 crore, compared with ₹63 crore in Q3 of the previous financial year. As a result, EBITDA margin contracted to 30.5%, down from 32.7% reported a year ago, pointing to some margin compression during the quarter.
