Siemens International has announced that it will acquire a 1% stake in Siemens Ltd., amounting to 35.61 lakh shares, from fellow promoter entity Siemens Energy Holdings.
The transaction will be executed at a price of ₹3,203.37 per share, valuing the total deal at ₹1,140.7 crore.
Both Siemens International and Siemens Energy are promoter groups of Siemens Ltd., and the share transfer marks an internal realignment between promoter entities rather than an external divestment.
The company has not announced any additional changes to the promoter shareholding structure beyond this transaction.
