RITES Limited, a major name in transport infrastructure consultancy and engineering, has entered into a new partnership with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB). The agreement, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), focuses on supporting large-scale investments in infrastructure and industrial development across Andhra Pradesh.
This collaboration brings RITES’ technical expertise into several key areas of infrastructure planning and execution. The company will contribute through feasibility assessments, preparation of Detailed Project Reports, project management consultancy, bid process management, and independent inspection and audit services. With this, RITES aims to strengthen the state’s capability to handle complex and large-scale projects more efficiently.
The scope of the MoU covers a wide range of sectors that are vital to Andhra Pradesh’s development. It includes transport systems, ports, inland waterways, power infrastructure, water and wastewater management, modern buildings, industrial zones, and several other emerging domains. By joining hands with APEDB, RITES intends to help the state attract new investments and accelerate the creation of world-class infrastructure.
