RateGain Travel Technologies has announced the appointment of Oscar Ganuza as Senior Vice President – Revenue, Europe. Based in Barcelona, Ganuza will spearhead the company’s efforts to enhance its commercial performance and strengthen strategic partnerships in the European market, aligning with RateGain’s ongoing expansion in the region.
Ganuza’s role will encompass overseeing Enterprise Sales, SDR, Partnerships, Sales Travel, OTA Key Accounts, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. His focus will be on scaling go-to-market strategies, improving pipeline quality, and boosting the adoption of RateGain’s AI-powered solutions. He will be tasked with driving disciplined execution, expanding market presence, and enhancing customer engagement.
With over 15 years of experience in scaling SaaS revenue across EMEA and global markets, Ganuza has held significant roles at companies such as Groupon, Colt, TomTom Software, Logitech Enterprise, and most recently Honeywell. His track record includes leading go-to-market teams to substantial scale, with a focus on coaching, customer-centric cultures, and achieving measurable outcomes.
