Indian Bank has announced the scheduling of its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders. The meeting is set to take place on Wednesday, 17th June 2026, and will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting on 29th April 2026.
The bank has also set the record date for the payment of dividends as Wednesday, 10th June 2026. The payment of the dividend is contingent upon the approval of the shareholders at the upcoming AGM. In addition, the book closure period has been scheduled from Thursday, 11th June 2026, to Wednesday, 17th June 2026, both days inclusive. This closure is in connection with the AGM and the dividend payment.
