KEC International Ltd., a global leader in infrastructure EPC and part of the RPG Group, has announced a significant new order worth Rs 1,038 crore for the design, supply, and installation of a 380 kV GIS substation in Saudi Arabia.
Commenting on the achievement, Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International, said, “We are delighted with the successive order wins in our T&D business. In a landmark achievement, we have secured our largest ever substation order. This prestigious order in the Middle East has widened our portfolio and strengthened our presence in the region. With this strategic win, our year-to-date order intake has surpassed Rs 16,000 crore, representing a healthy growth of approximately 20%.”
This order further reinforces KEC International’s strong foothold in the Middle East and highlights the company’s growing expertise in delivering large-scale power transmission and distribution projects globally.
