JSW Infrastructure reported its Q4 FY26 results with healthy revenue growth, while profitability declined on a year-on-year (YoY) basis due to higher expenses and exceptional items.

Revenue from operations for the March 2026 quarter came in at ₹1,522.34 crore, compared to ₹1,283.18 crore in the same quarter last year, registering a strong growth of 18.6% YoY.

Total income during Q4 FY26 rose to ₹1,612 crore against ₹1,371.90 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a rise of 17.5% YoY.

However, the company’s total expenses increased sharply to ₹1,041.69 crore from ₹790.55 crore in the year-ago period, up 31.8% YoY. Higher operating expenses, depreciation and forex-related losses weighed on margins during the quarter.

Profit before exceptional items and tax stood at ₹570.31 crore in Q4 FY26 compared to ₹581.35 crore in Q4 FY25, declining 1.9% YoY.

JSW Infrastructure reported profit before tax (PBT) of ₹497.82 crore versus ₹581.35 crore last year, marking a decline of 14.4% YoY.

Net profit for the quarter fell to ₹423.67 crore from ₹515.58 crore reported in Q4 FY25, down 17.8% YoY.
