Titan Company reported a strong performance for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, driven by robust growth in revenue and higher profitability on a year-on-year (YoY) basis.

The company posted a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 1,124 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a rise of nearly 29.2% compared to Rs 870 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.

Revenue from operations witnessed a sharp increase during the quarter. Titan’s total operational revenue rose to Rs 23,934 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 13,477 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a strong growth of around 77.6% YoY. The sharp jump was largely supported by a significant rise in other operating revenue.

EBITDA for the quarter increased 19.3% YoY to Rs 1,715 crore compared to Rs 1,438 crore in Q4 FY25. However, EBITDA margin contracted to 7.2% from 10.7% in the corresponding quarter last year, indicating pressure on operating profitability despite higher sales growth.

Total income for the quarter also climbed 77.2% YoY to Rs 24,086 crore against Rs 13,594 crore in the year-ago period.

On the operational front, total expenses increased 82.8% YoY to Rs 22,649 crore compared to Rs 12,387 crore in Q4 FY25. Cost of materials and components consumed stood at Rs 19,894 crore, up from Rs 13,220 crore last year.

Profit before exceptional items and tax rose 19% YoY to Rs 1,437 crore versus Rs 1,207 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Titan reported a profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 1,486 crore in Q4 FY26, registering a growth of 23.1% YoY from Rs 1,207 crore posted in Q4 FY25.

The company’s tax expense for the quarter came in at Rs 362 crore compared to Rs 337 crore a year ago.

For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, Titan Company reported total income of Rs 78,089 crore, up from Rs 55,335 crore in FY25. Annual profit after tax rose to Rs 4,630 crore from Rs 3,335 crore in the previous financial year, reflecting healthy growth across businesses.
