Inox Green Energy Services Ltd., one of India’s leading renewable operations and maintenance (O&M) service providers, has announced new agreements to manage 189.1 MWp of operational solar power projects across multiple states.
The company has signed two major O&M contracts:
-
96.6 MWp with a global private equity–backed independent power producer (IPP) for projects in Maharashtra.
-
92.5 MWp with another IPP for projects in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
With these additions, Inox Green’s solar O&M portfolio has reached nearly 1.8 GW, strengthening its position as a fast-growing player in the solar O&M segment. Overall, the company’s total renewable O&M portfolio now stands at ~5.3 GW across wind and solar assets.
Commenting on the development, S.K. Mathu Sudhana, CEO of Inox Green, said:
“We are pleased to have secured another 189.1 MWp of solar O&M agreements and to continue our rapid expansion in this segment. Inox Green has scaled up its solar portfolio within a short time and remains focused on tapping large-scale O&M opportunities across solar, wind, and renewable energy infrastructure.”
