Shares of Carraro India rallied more than 8% in early trade on May 27 after the company reported a strong set of fourth-quarter earnings for the financial year ended March 2026.

At 9:39 a.m. IST, Carraro India shares were trading sharply higher after touching an intraday high of Rs 667.40 on the NSE, close to its 52-week high of Rs 667.55. The stock opened at Rs 640.10 against the previous close of Rs 608.50.

The stock witnessed strong buying interest during the session, with live traded volume at 6,99,661 shares.

Carraro India Q4 Results

Carraro India reported consolidated revenue of Rs 607 crore in Q4, marking a growth of 36.6% compared to Rs 444 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company’s EBITDA rose 40.0% year-on-year to Rs 63.4 crore from Rs 45.3 crore. EBITDA margin improved marginally to 10.4% from 10.2% in the year-ago period.

Net profit for the quarter surged 75.9% to Rs 41.7 crore versus Rs 23.7 crore reported in the same quarter last year.
