Shares of Venus Remedies Limited hit a 5% upper circuit at ₹1,219.10 on May 27, touching a fresh all-time high, after the pharmaceutical company reported a sharp improvement in profitability for both the fourth quarter and the full year FY26.

For the full year FY26, consolidated net profit more than doubled to ₹102.78 crore from ₹45.31 crore in FY25, on revenue from operations of ₹769.60 crore against ₹652.89 crore in the prior year.

The quarterly performance was equally strong. Consolidated net profit for Q4 FY26 came in at ₹47.50 crore against ₹21 crore in Q4 FY25, a rise of 126.2%. Revenue for the quarter grew to ₹260 crore from ₹195 crore year-on-year. EBITDA expanded to ₹63.40 crore from ₹29 crore, with EBITDA margin improving sharply to 24.43% from 14.87% in the year-ago quarter, a gain of nearly 1,000 basis points.

The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 20, 2026.

On the governance front, the board approved the re-appointment of Dr. Manu Chaudhary as Joint Managing Director for five years from October 1, 2026, and Dr. Savita Gupta as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term from December 29, 2026. Saransh Chaudhary was appointed as Additional Director in a whole-time capacity and Dr. Gurminder Singh Bedi as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, both for five years from May 26, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

Venus Remedies trades at a P/E of 21.35 with a market capitalisation of approximately ₹1,630 crore. The stock’s 52-week range stands at ₹390.55 to ₹1,219.10, with today’s upper circuit marking its highest ever traded price.
