Venus Remedies has announced the scheduling of its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 20th August 2026. The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing and other audio-visual means, adhering to the guidelines set by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
The company has proposed a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share, equivalent to 100% of the face value of each share. This proposal is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming AGM. The record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive the dividend is set for 7th August 2026. Once approved, the dividend will be disbursed within 30 days from the AGM date, after applicable tax deductions.
In addition to the AGM and dividend announcement, Venus Remedies has confirmed the appointment of M/s C. L Bansal & Associates as Cost Auditors and M/s Mehra Goel & Co as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
The company also plans to adopt new Memorandum and Articles of Association in line with the Companies Act 2013, subject to shareholder approval. The details of these changes have been annexed in the regulatory filing.
Furthermore, the trading window for the company’s securities has been closed from 1st April 2026 and will remain so until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
