Waaree Energies Ltd., one of India’s leading solar module manufacturers, has announced a major order win through its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas. The company informed that it has received a fresh order on August 26, 2025, for the supply of 452 MW of solar modules from a well-established customer in the United States.
The order comes from a renowned developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the US. Under the contract, Waaree Solar Americas will supply solar modules during FY 2025-26 and FY 2026-27, strengthening the company’s footprint in the international renewable energy market.
According to the disclosure, the nature of this order is a one-time supply agreement, specifically for 452 MW of solar modules. Waaree clarified that the transaction does not involve any promoter or related party interests, and the deal has been secured independently at arm’s length.
This development underscores Waaree Energies’ growing presence in the global clean energy space, as demand for renewable energy solutions in North America continues to rise.
