Bajaj Housing Finance reported a steady performance in the fourth quarter, with both profit and revenue witnessing healthy year-on-year (YoY) growth, reflecting continued demand in the housing finance segment.

For the quarter ended March 2026 (Q4FY26), the company posted a net profit of ₹669.2 crore, marking a 14.1% increase compared to ₹587 crore in the same period last year. The rise in profitability was supported by stable asset quality and consistent loan book expansion.

On the topline front, revenue from operations came in at ₹2,902.6 crore, registering a 15.9% growth YoY against ₹2,504.1 crore reported in Q4FY25. The strong revenue growth indicates sustained momentum in lending activity, particularly in home loans and related segments.
