Advait Greenergy Private Limited, a subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions Limited, has secured a new project in collaboration with KPI Green Energy Limited.

The contract, awarded on May 15, 2025, involves Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) for a 67.5 MWp solar ground-mounted project in Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat. The project scope includes design, engineering, material supply, testing, and the provision of Balance of System (BOS) components along with other services.

In the exchange filing, the company shared, “Advait Greenergy Private Limited, a subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions Limited (Formerly known as Advait Infratech Limited) (“the Company”) has accepted various purchase order(s) on May 15, 2025, in normal course of business, for Project EPCC work- Design , Engineering, Supply , Testing for 67.5 MWp Solar Ground Mounted including Material Supplies , BOS and Various Services at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat.”

This contract, valued at ₹129.39 crore (exclusive of taxes), is a domestic engagement and is expected to be executed within a six-month period. It reflects the increasing demand for sustainable infrastructure in India’s renewable energy sector.

Advait Greenergy’s involvement in this project underscores its operational capabilities and growing footprint in utility-scale solar solutions.
